Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety standards and alcohol regulations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across all service areas to ensure a safe dining environment Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring the restaurant's overall cleanliness and organization Monitor guest satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination or foodborne illnesses Qualifications Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and billing is advantageous Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be at least 18 years old (or as required by local regulations) with proper alcohol service certification if applicable Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where great service meets great times!
