Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences. Operate POS systems and cash handling. Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Proficiency in using POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage guests positively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous.
