Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods, including catering events or banquets. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in bartending, including knowledge of drink recipes, brewing techniques, and fine dining service. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Ability to operate cash registers and manage transactions accurately. Previous experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
