Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to increase sales and guest satisfaction Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions Qualifications Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or the hospitality industry with a focus on fine dining or nightlife venues Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and cocktail recipes Skilled in POS systems for processing transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Food handling certification and knowledge of food safety standards are preferred Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or events Join us to bring energy, creativity, and exceptional service to every guest!
