Must be 21 years or older. Available Wednesday -Saturday. Saturday mandatory 4pm-2:30am. 3 shifts minimum Duties Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining bar inventory using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Keep the bar area spotless by performing cleaning tasks such as bar cleaning, food handling sanitation, and general venue maintenance to ensure compliance with food service bar safety standards. Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to maintain a tidy environment for guests. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely and efficiently. Support food preparation activities when needed, including basic food handling and ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions using POS systems, including cashiering and cash handling protocols. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow, assist with venue beverage service, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times. Skills Proven experience in food service, bar experience, or restaurant settings; nightclub, banquet, catering, or hotel experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of bar cleaning, food industry standards, and venue beverage service protocols. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for long shifts involving manual handling tasks. Knowledge of food safety compliance standards related to food handling and bar safety procedures. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local regulations; bartending skills are a plus.
