Job Tasks:

Preparing the bar, dining area, and patio area for open and close Cleaning the front of house area including bar, tables, patio, barware, restrooms, floors and walls Washing cups & glasses and restocking cleaned barware Setting tables, folding napkins/silverware Keeping the bar area stocked with beer, liquor, soda, ice and condiments Welcoming guests, taking orders, serving drinks, running food, closing out orders, and cleaning tables Answering the phone and taking to-go orders Accurate entries in the point-of-sale system (orders, tips, clocking in and out), running credit cards Lifting chairs onto and off of tables, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, stocking beverages
