SUMMARY :
To assist bartenders and cocktail servers with the stocking and cleanliness of all bar areas and banquet bars.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep liquor room clean and organized. Make supervisors aware of low stock amounts on any items. Keep all bars stocked with beer, liquor, mixes and anything else the bars needed. Complete assigned duties from bartenders in a timely basis. Keep portable bar clean, stocked and ready for use. Change fryer oil.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or
GED LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
