Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and expertise will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Your passion for mixology, beverage presentation, and hospitality will be key to elevating our bar experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively environment while contributing to a dynamic team. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry, especially in fine dining, nightclubs or banquet settings Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math accuracy Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional drink experiences!
