The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires the ability to handle high-volume service environments efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus, helping us serve a diverse clientele effectively. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their experience is enjoyable. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. Manage multiple orders efficiently during high-volume periods to ensure timely service. Verify the identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations and a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience working as a bartender in a high-volume setting is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers. Bilingual (Spanish) language skills are considered a plus, aiding in better guest engagement. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Knowledge of standard drink recipes, alcohol laws, and safety procedures.
Pay:
$10.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
