We're looking to add the right person to our team at Westown Tap & Tapz Pub! We have two locations, which means there's plenty of opportunity for someone looking for consistent hours. What we're looking for: Availability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week Flexible availability within our operating hours of 11 AM-2 AM, 7 days a week Someone dependable, outgoing, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced bar environment Willingness to work at both locations Nights and weekends must be part of your availability

HOURS AVAILABLE

The right person with strong availability can potentially work close to 40 hours per week between our two locations. We're looking for someone who wants to work, make money, and become a dependable part of our team. Interested? Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Take and process customer orders accurately using TOAST POS and handheld Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering beverage recommendations, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Assist with food service when needed, including serving dishes and supporting catering or banquet events to ensure seamless operations Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere while maintaining professionalism during busy shifts Skills Extensive knowledge of

TOAST POS

systems for efficient order processing and cash handling Proven experience in bartending and serving

IS A PLUS

Knowledge of the basic recipes of the popular local shots and bombs Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders smoothly during peak hours Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in retail math and food safety procedures Basic math skills essential for measuring ingredients, processing payments, and managing tabs efficiently Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus

Pay:

$4.35 - $8.00 per hour
