What We're Looking For At least one year of professional craft bartending experience Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, techniques, and bar operations A genuine passion for hospitality and connecting with guests The ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive, polished service Confidence working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality Curiosity and a desire to keep learning and refining your craft Professionalism, reliability, and an understanding that every interaction matters Experience behind a craft bar is required. Character, curiosity, and genuine hospitality are equally important.
