Full-Time XII Barr Hospitality is a Boise/Eagle, Idaho-based multi-concept hospitality group behind Caffeina Caffè, Caffeina Kitchen, Caffeina Coffee Roasting Co., and Jovino's Wine Barr. Jovino's Wine Barr is our newest concept: a combined café-by-day, wine bar-by-night location, pairing Caffeina's coffee program with a curated wine list, wine club, and elevated evening hospitality. Jovino's Wine Barr is looking for a Wine Associate who's passionate about wine and genuinely enjoys guiding guests through a great glass — or bottle. You'll be a key part of our evening wine bar experience, from pours and pairings to wine club conversations. What You'll Do Provide knowledgeable, personalized wine service and recommendations to guests Educate guests on our wine list, tasting flights, and wine club membership Open and close wine bar service, including glassware setup and bar breakdown Pour and serve wine (and light bites, where applicable) in full compliance with responsible alcohol service practices Support wine tastings, events, and wine club activities Operate the POS system and handle guest transactions accurately Maintain wine bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout service What We're Looking For Previous wine service, serving, or bartending experience preferred Genuine passion for wine and hospitality; wine certification (or interest in pursuing one) a plus Must meet Idaho's age and certification requirements for serving alcohol Strong guest service instincts and comfort recommending wine to guests of all experience levels Must be able to work the wine bar's operating hours Schedule Wine bar operates Wednesday-Sunday, afternoon through close.
