Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food and Bar safety standards Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using Toast POS Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings Restock bar supplies promptly while minimizing waste through effective inventory management Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery Prep and clean for next shift Skills Proven experience as a bartender in dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Effective time management to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations and responsible beverage service practices Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres, delivering top-tier service, and making every guest's experience unforgettable!
