Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety protocols. Handle food handling responsibilities when serving snacks or light fare, ensuring proper food safety practices are followed. Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently without compromising quality. Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up bars, serving drinks promptly, and assisting with event flow as needed. Keep accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and shift reports to facilitate smooth daily operations. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage trends to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods seamlessly. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations.
