Bartender

Job Summary Join our team as a Bartender, we are a family owned restaurant and banquet hall who is currently hiring bartenders for our V-lounge and Banquets. What you'll do Mix and serve drinks with flair, ensuring each cocktail meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries with enthusiasm. Manage the Micros POS systems efficiently to process orders and handle transactions smoothly. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed. Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations that enhance the guest experience. Basic qualifications Must be available weekends & Nights Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting. Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation methods. Excellent math skills for managing sales transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Preferred qualifications Experience with Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Previous fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
