As a Bartender/Server, you'll play a key role in crafting memorable moments for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, following standard recipes and guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas, including washing glassware and utensils. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system. Interact warmly with guests, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and comply with food safety and service regulations. Assist with events and group bookings, ensuring smooth beverage service. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and positivity. Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Qualifications Experience as a Bartender/Server in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting (preferred but not required). Solid knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktails, and food safety best practices. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first mindset. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Must be 21 years or older to comply with legal alcohol service requirements.
