Overview This is a part-time position for 2-3 shifts per week., experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender / Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Previous experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in multitasking, committed to delivering exceptional service, and availability on evenings and weekends. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an outstanding customer experience Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and billing accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal requirements Collaborate with kitchen staff during food and beverage service Handle customer inquiries regarding menu items, drink recommendations, or special requests Assist in setting up for special events such as private parties Requirements Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability preferred Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Bartender/Server where your hospitality expertise will contribute to memorable guest experiences.
