This is a unique hybrid position for someone who enjoys being on the floor, interacting with guests, serving and bartending, but also wants to take on additional responsibility as a leader. The majority of your shifts will be working as a server and/or bartender. Approximately 2 shifts per week will be worked in an Assistant Manager/leadership capacity. This is not a traditional full-time management position. We are looking for someone who wants to remain involved in the guest experience while also helping lead the team and restaurant during designated management shifts. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional who is dependable, confident, comfortable taking charge, and interested in growing with our team.

What You'll Do :

Server/Bartender Shifts Provide excellent service and create a great experience for every guest Serve food and beverages while maintaining strong knowledge of our menu Bartend and provide friendly, efficient bar service Accurately use Toast POS systems Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area Work closely with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers Help maintain a positive and team-oriented restaurant environment Assistant Manager Shifts - Approximately 2 Shifts Per Week Lead the restaurant and team during assigned management shifts Help oversee front and back of house operations Support and coach team members during service Ensure service and restaurant standards are consistently maintained Handle guest concerns and resolve problems professionally Assist with opening and closing procedures Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Monitor restaurant flow and make decisions to keep service running smoothly Communicate effectively between the front and back of house Assist with cash handling and other operational responsibilities Lead by example and jump in wherever needed Who We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced server or bartender who wants more responsibility . Ideal candidates will have: Previous serving and/or bartending experience Strong communication and people skills A reliable and dependable work ethic The confidence to make decisions and handle guest concerns The ability to lead by example A positive, team-oriented attitude The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment A desire to grow with a restaurant long-term Previous leadership or management experience is a plus, but not required Why This Position Is Different This position is designed for someone who doesn't necessarily want to leave the floor to become a full-time manager . You'll continue working as a server and/or bartender for the majority of your schedule, allowing you to stay involved with guests and the service team while also taking on approximately two management shifts each week. It's an opportunity to earn tips, develop leadership experience, and become an important part of the management team without immediately moving into a full-time management position. For the right person, this role can also be a pathway toward an Assistant General Manager or other leadership position as our business continues to grow.
