THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced and hospitality-minded Bartenders to join our front-of-house teams. Our bartenders provide warm, knowledgeable service while preparing beverages with consistency and efficiency. Strong beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized during a busy service are important parts of the role. Bartender opportunities may be available across our restaurant concepts. Placement will be based on current business needs while also considering each candidate's experience, strengths, interests, availability, and preferred restaurant environment. Cross-training and opportunities to work within other EFHG concepts may also be available.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to bar guests Develop strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and seasonal offerings Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready bar Prepare the bar for service and complete opening and closing responsibilities Communicate and work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers Support service bar and overall front-of-house operations during busy periods Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and company standards Participate in beverage training, tastings, and menu education Contribute ideas and creativity to our beverage program as opportunities arise

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant required Working knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits Strong guest service and communication skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment Genuine interest in food, beverage, and hospitality Must be 21 years of age or older Availability for evenings, weekends, and dining holidays Ability to stand and move throughout a shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
