We focus on freshness, creativity, and excellent customer service — providing guests with both a healthy experience and a positive vibe.
Role Overview:
Team members at Lilypad's Açaí Bar play a vital role in creating a friendly, efficient, and enjoyable experience for every guest. This is a hands-on position that blends customer service, product preparation, and teamwork. Whether blending açaí bowls, managing the toppings bar, or maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you help ensure that every visit feels smooth, consistent, and full of good energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide helpful, knowledgeable service. Prepare and assemble açaí bowls, smoothies, and other cold treats according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, service areas, and equipment. Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed. Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately. Support team operations and follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Attention to detail and pride in presentation. Reliability and willingness to learn new skills. Must have valid Food Service Manager Certification.
Work Environment:
This role involves standing for extended periods, light lifting, and working with blenders, freezers, and other food equipment. Team members should enjoy interacting with people and bringing energy and care to every shift.
