Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and monitor alcohol consumption for responsible service. Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and cocktail recipes. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a lively yet professional environment. Experience in food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event shifts.
