This role combines the excitement of bartending with the leadership responsibilities of managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. You will oversee staff, handle food and beverage preparation, manage POS systems, and uphold food safety standards—all while creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cocktails, with precision and flair Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and assist with food management to minimize waste Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations Train new staff on service procedures, POS operation, and food handling techniques Handle shift management duties including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and resolving customer concerns Assist in managing restaurant operations, including budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost control measures Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and serving Prior supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Tonic is highly desirable Strong background in food safety management, kitchen management, and culinary experience Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training, coaching, and performance management Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and managing hospitality teams in casual dining or banquet settings Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage staff interviews, training & development sessions, and team leadership tasks Knowledge of food industry standards including catering experience, bar experience, coffee service, and serving techniques Join us if you're ready to bring energy to every shift while leading a talented team! Pay:
$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
