In this dynamic role, you will craft exceptional cocktails, manage daily bar operations, and ensure a memorable experience for every guest. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and customer engagement will set the tone for a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of valuing your talent and dedication. Responsibilities Lead the bar team by example, demonstrating expert bartending skills and excellent customer service. Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Develop innovative beverage recipes to keep menus fresh and exciting while maintaining consistency and quality. Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations. Oversee cash handling procedures, processing transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Train and mentor junior bartenders on techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Ensure a lively yet responsible environment by monitoring guest interactions and enforcing responsible alcohol service policies. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Prior leadership or supervisory experience as a Lead Bartender or Bar Manager is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality standards. Experience working in fine dining settings or hospitality environments that emphasize high-quality service and presentation.
