Assistant Manager Responsibilites:

Assisting FOH Manager with all aspects of Front Of House Operations Managing FOH for 2 days a week while Manager is off Maintaining Iniga Standards for Front Of House Operations Checking out servers money at the end of their shift Opening and closing of Restaurant. Bartending Responsibilities You will be the main bartender for the restaurant but will also be required to perform some management duties along side the FOH Manager. Past Bartending Experience Preferred. Counting down drawer at start and end of shift. Making drinks for servers and guests sat at the bar Take food and drink orders for guests seated at the bar. Must be outgoing and friendly Must be quick yet accurate when making drinks Must keep bar stocked at all times Must be able to adapt quickly Must clean and stock bar at end of shift Must maintain professionalism at all times. Must be able to multitask. You will receive your hourly pay plus tips and tip out.
