Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere will ensure guests have memorable experiences. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits using established recipes or custom creations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service during busy periods or catering events such as banquets Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or casual settings Proven bartending experience with strong cocktail mixing skills and spirits knowledge Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Knowledge of beverage recipe development, wine varieties, craft beer brewing, and mixology techniques Experience in customer service roles within the hospitality industry that require excellent communication skills Ability to handle cash handling, cashiering, basic math, retail math, and food safety procedures accurately Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
