Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware efficiently to ensure seamless service Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning bottles, counters, sinks, and bar tools in accordance with food safety standards Buss tables promptly by clearing used dishes, glassware, and trash to keep the venue tidy and inviting Support food preparation tasks as needed, including handling light kitchen duties and assisting with food presentation Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely to support daily operations Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain hygiene standards and safety compliance Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing when required Qualifications Previous experience in food service, bartending, or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Knowledge of bar cleaning protocols, food handling safety standards, and venue beverage service practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering environments is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
