Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic bartender to join our team at Davidson's Bar & Grill. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of beverages in a family-friendly environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining bar cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Mix and Serve Drinks:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, following standard recipes and techniques.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked, including washing glassware, cleaning counters, and disposing of waste properly.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory counts and help order supplies as needed to ensure the bar is adequately stocked.

Compliance:

Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of alcohol and food safety practices.

Support Staff:

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Family-Friendly Environment:

Foster a welcoming atmosphere for families and children, including being attentive to their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team.

Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment.

Customer Service:

Commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Availability:
