Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring that the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry while contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Duties Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with guests and team members. Assist with food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service. Experience Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain organized and efficient under pressure while maintaining a clean workspace.
