Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with members and guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of all beverages according to food safety standards. Process cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations and food safety standards. Develop new cocktail recipes and beverage menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting for returning guests. Collaborate with staff to coordinate service during busy hours, including banquet or catering events when necessary. Skills Proven experience in bartending helpful. Knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and beverage recipe development helpful. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage service and food handling when applicable.
