Responsibilities Clear, clean, and reset dining and bar areas promptly to maintain a polished guest experience. Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, garnishes, and glassware throughout service. Assist servers with food running, table resets, and general guest area upkeep. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations, service areas, and back-of-house zones. Transport dirty dishware, glassware, and utensils to designated cleaning areas efficiently. Monitor and replenish supplies (napkins, straws, condiments, etc.) to keep stations fully stocked. Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and event coordinators to support smooth event flow. Assist with setup and breakdown of dining/bar areas before and after service. Qualifications Previous experience as a busser, barback, or in a similar food/beverage support role preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and alcohol service standards. Ability to lift and carry moderate loads (bins, cases, ice) and remain on your feet for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well under pressure.
