Role and Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Take food and drink orders, and provide recommendations to enhance the guest's experience. Skillfully prepare and serve a range of cocktails, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in both service areas and the bar.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server and bartender is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology and the ability to create classic and innovative cocktails. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
