Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests and clients through exceptional service. Primary Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service while bartending in a moderate- to high-volume event environment Set up, stock, and break down bar areas according to venue standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar throughout each event Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware as needed to ensure uninterrupted service Accurately execute event-specific bar packages, menus, and service requirements Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies, including responsible alcohol service practices Work closely with Venue Managers and event staff to ensure seamless event execution Assist with inventory counts, bar organization, and post-event cleanup duties Represent the venue professionally and contribute to a positive guest experience from start to finish Qualifications Current Naperville
B.A.S.S.E.T.
Certification required Previous bartending experience preferred; event bartending experience is a plus Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about hospitality and special events Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Available to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays Weekday availability is preferred but not required Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the venue
