As a Tapville Bar Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating delicious and innovative cocktails, providing exceptional service to guests, and showcasing your knowledge of our self-pour beer and wine system. Our bartenders not only mix up delicious cocktails for guests at the bar, but guide those exploring our 48-tap self-pour tap wall. As product experts, you'll make recommendations and encourage guests to experience new flavors as they pour by the ounce. Our unique system enables our bartenders to earn a portion of sales from the tap wall, allowing them to focus on delivering a five-star guest experience while increasing their earning potential.
