The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Serving and bartending abilities need to be proficient. Wiling to work part-time flexible hours as a Bartender as shifts present themselves while being scheduled on our Server team.

• Duties
• Serve upscale food with knowledge of how to sell our Italian cuisine. Full menu must be learned with the ability to sell entertainingly to guests. Ability to also prepare beverages when bartending, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to customers with speed, accuracy and personality while adhering to BASSET training rules.
• Upsell and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service areas and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash & CC transactions and operate the

TOAST POS

kiosk system.

• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar and server station supplies as needed.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a restaurant/bar/club setting or bartending school is required for bartending and serving must have restaurant & POS experience.
• Knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing techniques.
• Familiarity with food and beverage handling with BASSET certificates for safety regulations.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons in a friendly entertaining manner.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with others, having a team mentality and remain calm under pressure.
