Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours Assist bartenders and servers by replenishing supplies such as glassware, napkins, and garnishes Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations through thorough cleaning and sanitation practices Support food preparation tasks when needed, including organizing utensils or ingredients for kitchen staff Handle bussing duties efficiently in various settings like nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering events Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to assist with customer transactions when required Ensure food handling safety standards are followed during all cleaning and support activities Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred, including restaurant, catering, or hotel settings Familiarity with food industry standards such as food handling and sanitation protocols Experience working with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of nightclub operations or banquet service enhances your ability to excel in this role Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Prior barista or serving experience is beneficial for understanding beverage service dynamics Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately when assisting with cashiering tasks This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry!
