Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service skills. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various drink recipes. Strong food handling skills to ensure compliance with health standards. Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers. Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and inventory management. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. A willingness to help others, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
