Bartender/Server

Job Overview:

Must be available weekends. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, crafting and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

• Strong math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
• Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as mixology techniques
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
• Understanding of brewing methods and equipment
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail for preparing visually appealing drinks
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
