Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for creating memorable experiences will shine! In this lively role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your vibrant personality, will help elevate our venue's atmosphere. Whether working in a bustling nightclub, upscale restaurant, or elegant banquet setting, you'll be the heart of the social experience, mixing drinks with precision and flair while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures, including basic math calculations for change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations. Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet events as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs or fine dining environments, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele confidently. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently. Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving alcohol responsibly. $21.63 - $26.05 per hour
