Job Overview We're on the lookout for friendly and energetic Beer Garden Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, providing top-notch customer service while managing food and beverage orders in a lively setting. Duties Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Ensure food safety standards are followed during food handling and serving. Assist in setting up work area or private events as needed. Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or groups during busy hours. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, including craft beers or specialty dishes. Requirements Previous experience in food service, retail math, or hospitality is highly desirable, especially in fine dining, banquet, or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
