BratHaus is located on the Woodstock Square, Woodstock IL •(Interviews and training will take place at Richmond BratHaus, 10310 N Main St, Richmond IL) Barback is an assistant to the Bartender. It is fantastic hands on experience for those whose goal is to become a Bartender. Duties include but are not limited to: Cleaning and Organizing Clean Bar Tools and Glasses to the highest of standards Organize Tools, Glasses, etc so that everything is easily accessible Keeping Bar Well Stocked Stock bottled and canned beer Stock liquor Cut fruit and stock other drink garnishes Keeping a Log of Empty Bottles and Disposing at the End of the Shift Changing Kegs Assist in handling Service Tickets during peak hours May Include Pouring/Serving Alcoholic Beverages Food Running Deliver food to patrons along with utensils, napkins and appropriate condiments Collect and Bus Dishes when appropriate and Clean Bar Top to welcome new guests Assist Bartender as needed Basset Certified Food Handler's Certification Must be detail oriented, cool under pressure, love a fast paced environment, work well with team members, able to lift heavy objects and be 21 years of age.
