Your expertise in heavy equipment operation and construction-related tasks will ensure that each parking lot is clearly marked, compliant with standards, and visually appealing. Duties Apply parking lot markings accurately using specialized striping machines and tools, ensuring clear demarcation of parking spaces, fire lanes, crosswalks, and directional arrows Assist with site preparation activities including surface cleaning, grading, and utility locating to ensure optimal conditions for striping work Support paving and construction tasks as needed to maintain project timelines and quality standards Conduct routine inspections of completed markings for durability and visibility; perform touch-ups or reapplications as necessary Follow safety protocols diligently during all equipment operation and site activities to prevent accidents or injuries Collaborate with team members to coordinate project phases and meet deadlines efficiently Work on landscaping and hardscaping projects, as needed Qualifications Experience using parking lot striping equipment such as LineLazers, LineDrivers, crackfill machines, and other equipment. Strong knowledge of construction site procedures including utility locating and surface preparation Experience in paving or asphalt marking projects preferred but not required Ability to operate multiple types of heavy equipment safely and efficiently in outdoor environments Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and project workflows Excellent attention to detail for precise line application and surface finishing Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy materials, and operate machinery throughout the workday Join us if you're passionate about contributing to well-organized parking facilities through skilled heavy equipment operation and construction expertise!
