The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role is essential in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in a fine dining or catering environment. Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
