Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and lively experience Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness according to food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep offerings fresh and exciting Handle food service responsibilities when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in a fine dining or banquet setting Maintain a thorough understanding of alcohol laws, food safety protocols, and responsible serving practices Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends Proficiency with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly Ability to develop beverage recipes and demonstrate creativity behind the bar Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles preferred Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
