Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team at our private country club. Our facility includes a full-service restaurant, seasonal pool service, and banquet/event spaces that host weddings, golf outings, corporate events, and member functions. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and experienced in high-volume hospitality environments while maintaining exceptional service standards for members and guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- Provide excellent customer service in the restaurant, bar, pool, and banquet areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Verify guest age requirements and follow all liquor laws and responsible serving practices
- Take food and beverage orders as needed and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Handle member charges accurately
- Assist with banquet and private event bar service
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies throughout shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to health regulations
- Work collaboratively with servers, managers, and event staff
- Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for members and guests Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
