This position combines the fast-paced environment of a nightclub and hospitality setting, focusing on supporting bartenders, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help maintain a vibrant environment that keeps guests coming back. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting the overall flow of operations. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware quickly and efficiently to keep service seamless Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including cleaning spills, washing glassware, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Support food preparation tasks such as assembling simple dishes or snacks in line with health standards Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately and efficiently Buss tables, clear empty glasses, and ensure guest areas are tidy to enhance customer experience Help with catering events or banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food service as needed Handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain proper cash handling procedures Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering environments is a plus Strong cleaning skills to uphold hygiene standards in busy settings Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume hours while maintaining a lively attitude Kitchen or food handling experience beneficial; hotel or food industry background is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in lively environments like nightclubs or banquet halls, and are eager to contribute to memorable guest experiences.
