Responsibilities:

Prepare alcoholic beverages with a smile Engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere Learn about our building's history, cocktail techniques, and craft whiskey production Restock and replenish bar inventory Maintain Basset Certification/Food Handler Follow opening/closing procedures and SOPs Keep the work environment clean Take on additional responsibilities as set by management
