Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and payment processing. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets, catering events, or special functions. Stay updated on beverage trends, new products, and menu changes to enhance guest experience. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience with brewing techniques or cocktail crafting is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality service.
