"Read" the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras Sidework & Cleaning duties Maintain a Clean and Well-Stocked Area

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Regular and reliable attendance Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must provide responsible alcohol service Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana Must be at least 21 years of age Handle Guests' payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments Able to operate the POS system Verify identification and age requirements of Guests Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes
