Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing detailed menu recommendations and answering questions about food, beverages, and specials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages. Manage cash transactions accurately, process payments swiftly, and handle cashing out at the end of shifts with integrity. Assist in beverage recipe development to enhance our offerings and cater to guest preferences. Support food service operations during busy periods, including serving food at tables or in banquet settings when needed. Experience Proven experience as a server or bartender in fine dining establishments or similar hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and spirits handling. Familiarity with food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, and basic math skills for retail math and cash processing. Previous experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus; catering experience is also valued. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining a lively atmosphere. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
