Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or private functions like banquets or catering events. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender with a strong background in food service, hospitality industry experience, or fine dining settings. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments during peak hours. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for retail math or food handling purposes. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a bar or restaurant setting. Experience working in diverse environments such as nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering events is preferred.
